Student Services

WIT provides a range of services designed to support students throughout their academic experience. These services ensure that students can focus on their studies, professional development, and research without unnecessary barriers.

Accommodation

Housing is provided at no cost to the first ten students enrolled in the program.

Students live approximately ten minutes from campus in the heart of Palo Alto, within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, and local amenities, and only three minutes from the Stanford running track.

Student housing is also located about fifteen minutes from the Palo Alto airport, supporting activities related to the Space and Aviation program.

The surrounding Bay Area offers year-round recreational opportunities, providing students with a balanced and enriching lifestyle.

Transportation

Stanford’s free Marguerite Shuttle bus service operates across Palo Alto, providing convenient transportation throughout the area.

VTA bus services also connect Palo Alto with San Jose and surrounding communities.

Financial Support

Students incur no costs during the program.

The program is designed to remove financial barriers and allow students to focus fully on their academic and professional development.

Counseling and Mentoring

Counselors and mentors are available to support students throughout their academic journey.

Students receive guidance not only in their studies but also in personal development, career exploration, and long-term professional goals.

Student Privacy Policy

WIT restricts access to student data to authorized personnel and approved service providers operating under confidentiality and data protection requirements.

Student information is not disclosed to external parties except as permitted by institutional policy and applicable law.
